Salon Policies

HEALTH & SAFETY:

For your comfort and safety, please notify our artists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your artist immediately.

Cancellations:

A debit/credit card is REQUIRED to book. If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done no later than 24-hours in advance. If you reschedule less that 24-hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.

 

All Deposits are non refundable, however if cancelled prior to 24-hours it can be transferred to a future service.

NO CALL / NO SHOW:

If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour time period, or are a no call/no show, you will be charged the full price of the service and an additional deposit will be required upon rebooking.

If you no call/no show more than once, you will be charged the full price of the service and will not be allowed to rebook with us.

SERVICE GUARANTEES:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your service or within 24-hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly/inappropriately, appear intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

Please do not bring any children, pets or other people with you to your appointment. During your service, please place your phone on silent as to not disrupt other clients. No eating or drinking (aside from water) is permitted.​

- Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay

- Cash Payments

*ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A PRE-PAYMENT DEPOSIT OF $25 - $50, WHICH GOES TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE*
